Meet the fitness coaches

Sean O'Reilly

Hi everyone my name is Sean O'Reilly!  I am the founder and owner of SOR FITNESS.  I have made it my passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible as well. Everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

Getting fit and healthy does not have to be difficult, but often times it is.

Why is that?

With so much conflicting and contradictory information out there it can be very frustrating and confusing to know what to do. That why I have setup SOR FITNESS to cut the BULLSHIT out to show and prove that a healthy lifestyle and exercise doesn't need to be confussing.

The reason why I became a Personal Trainer is because I get a huge amount of satisfaction from helping people hit their goals in the gym, changing their lifestyle for the better and improving overall health   I specialise in fat loss, strength training and muscle building along with endurance training.   I started female bodybuilding from the age of 15. I feel the sports has changed me as a person mentally and physically to a point where I can take on any challenge that comes against me. My dream of achieving the ultimate goal of becoming a worldwide champion is still under works.  Let me train you to achieve the goals you want today!

We at SOR FITNESS have got over 12 years experience in the fitness industry. We have trained may people of many of different sizes and abilities. Two important things we have learnt in our tie is it's not a one size fits arcome to be the needs and get the results the clients need. Between us we hold the following qualifications
